Now that your campaign is live, it’s time to start conversations and turn interest into real business opportunities. Alsona makes it easy to stay on top of replies and engage with leads effectively — all in one place.
Where Conversations Live: The Inbox
When a prospect replies to your campaign, their response will appear in the Inbox tab.

💡 Note: If you reply to the conversation from LinkedIn directly, that message will still sync and show in Alsona’s Inbox.
Inbox Tools & Actions
Inside the Inbox, you’ll see three dots (⋯
) next to the message timestamp. Clicking this opens several useful options:
Mark as Unread – Re-mark a message to come back to later
Archive – Clean up your inbox view by hiding old conversations
Force Continue Sequence – Useful when a reply shouldn't stop the workflow
Label As – Organize messages with pre-set or custom labels

When to Use “Force Continue Sequence”
By default, when a prospect replies, the workflow pauses. However, some responses don’t require a manual reply — for example:
Prospect accepts your connection and replies: “Thanks!” or “Hello!”
In this case, instead of replying manually, you might want the next message in your sequence to go out as planned. Use Force Continue Sequence to resume the workflow.
Labels = Organized Outreach
Alsona includes 8 pre-filled label options (e.g., Interested, Meeting Booked, Out of Office), but you can create your own custom labels to match your process.
Labeling helps you:
Segment conversations
Quickly prioritize follow-ups
Understand pipeline status at a glance

Filter & Search Your Conversations
You can easily stay organized by using:
Search bar – to find specific messages
Filters – by campaign, label, or read/unread status
