When you start a campaign in Alsona, you can choose how you want to handle incoming replies. Whether you prefer to stay fully in control or let AI handle your conversations, Alsona gives you flexible options to match your workflow.
Step 1: Choose How You Want to Respond
When launching your campaign, select one of the following reply modes:
Manual — You personally review and respond to all incoming messages.
AI Co-Pilot — The AI drafts replies for you to review, edit, and approve before sending.
AI Auto-Pilot (AI Conversation Agent) — The AI automatically responds on your behalf, continuing the conversation until a goal (like booking a meeting) is achieved.
If you select AI, you’ll need to create and assign an AI Conversation Agent before launching.
Step 2: Create an AI Conversation Agent
You can create an agent in your Settings (bottom left corner of your dashboard).
Go to Settings → AI Conversation Agents
Click “Create New Profile” in the top-right corner
Fill out the setup form as described below:
Basic Information
AI Profile Name – Name your agent (e.g., “Sales Agent – US Region”).
Core Message – Summarize what you’re offering in one sentence.
Challenges – Describe the key pain points or needs you’re addressing.
Approach – Explain how your offer solves those challenges.
Goal – Choose what the AI should aim to achieve (e.g., schedule a call, qualify leads, share pricing).
Additional Details
Add any context that will help your AI sound more natural and relevant — such as product details, audience type, or talking points.
Step 3: Adjust Settings & Automation Options
You can fine-tune how your AI agent interacts with prospects.
Setting | Description |
Message Length | Choose Standard (75–120 words) or adjust for shorter/longer messages. |
Tone of Voice | Set your preferred style — Professional, Formal, Friendly, or Casual. |
Respond to Auto-Replies | Let the agent handle automated “out of office” or bounce messages. |
Handle Objections | Enable automatic follow-ups when prospects decline or hesitate. |
Receive Meeting Link | Choose whether the agent shares your meeting link first, or asks the prospect to share theirs. |
Step 4: Test Your Agent
Before going live, click Generate Sample Conversation to preview how your AI will respond in real-world scenarios. This helps ensure the tone, structure, and logic align with your outreach goals.
Step 5: Go Live
Save your AI Conversation Agent to your campaign in the Settings Tab.
Once your AI Conversation Agent is assigned to a campaign, it will automatically:
Respond to all new replies on your behalf
Nurture each conversation toward your defined goal (such as booking a meeting)
Stop responding once the goal is met
You can monitor or adjust the agent anytime from your AI Conversation Agent Settings or Campaign Settings page.
