Step 1: Setting up your account

Welcome to Alsona! We’re excited to have you on board. This quick start guide will walk you through the essential steps to get up and running smoothly. You’ll be launching your first campaign in no time.

Start with One Seat

When you first sign up, you’ll be assigned one seat — this is the user account you signed up with.


We recommend not adding any new seats just yet. Instead, get familiar with the platform using your current seat. This helps you build a solid understanding before onboarding your team.


Seat Settings & Connections

Next, go into the Seats section and:

  • Connect your LinkedIn and Email accounts

  • Complete any missing fields

We’ve pre-set outreach limits that are safe for both cold and warm accounts. If you’ve been running automation at scale recently and are confident in your limits, you can increase them slightly — but we suggest starting conservatively.


Dashboard

At this point, your dashboard will appear empty — and that’s totally normal. Once you begin running campaigns, your data will start populating automatically.


Connect Your CRM

Now’s the time to head into Integrations and connect Alsona to your CRM. You’ll begin receiving leads shortly after launching campaigns — so it’s important to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

You can integrate using:

  • Our direct CRM integrations

  • A webhook or Zapier

  • Our API, if you’re technical or have IT support

Once these steps are complete, you're all set to start your outreach journey.
