How to use smart account rotation

Smart Account Rotation allows agencies to safely scale outreach by automatically distributing campaign activity across multiple LinkedIn and email accounts (“seats”).

Once a seat is added to a campaign, Alsona automatically handles the rotation — no manual setup or toggling required.


Step 1: Add Seats to Your Campaign

  1. When building a campaign, you have the option to select all the seats you want assigned to that campaign. You can only do this at the start of the campaign - this cannot be edited after the campaign is created.

2. Once added, Alsona automatically:

  • Rotates sending across all active seats.

  • Balances message volume evenly to stay within safe daily limits.

  • Ensures paused or disconnected seats are skipped, so your campaign continues running smoothly on the remaining active accounts.

💡 Tip: The more seats you add, the higher your total daily outreach capacity while maintaining natural, compliant activity patterns.


How Rotation Works

  • Rotation starts automatically as soon as a campaign has more than one active seat.

  • Each prospect is automatically assigned to one of the available seats.

  • If a seat disconnects, that portion of the campaign pauses automatically — but the rest continues running on the active seats.


Step 2: Monitor Seat Performance

You can view detailed performance stats inside each campaign’s Stats section:

  • Messages and connection requests per seat

  • Acceptance and reply rates by seat

  • Active vs. disconnected status


Best Practices for Agencies

  • Use multiple warmed-up accounts per campaign to safely increase sending volume.

  • Keep LinkedIn profiles up to date, professional, and active for higher trust scores.

  • Check campaign stats regularly to identify top-performing seats.
