Smart Account Rotation helps you safely scale outreach by spreading activity across multiple LinkedIn and email accounts, without having to manage each one separately.
If you have access to more than one account, Alsona automatically rotates sending between them so no single account is doing all the work.
Once accounts are added to a campaign, everything runs in the background. There’s nothing to toggle, schedule, or babysit.
Who This Is Good For
Smart Account Rotation is especially useful for:
Solopreneurs who have access to additional profiles (a VA, family member, or business partner)
Small teams sharing outreach responsibilities
Anyone who wants to scale outreach without juggling multiple dashboards
Instead of running separate campaigns in separate tools (or logging in and out of accounts), everything runs in one place.
Important: Add All Accounts Before You Start
Make sure you add all the accounts you want to use as seats before launching your campaign.
Seats can only be selected at the time the campaign is created. Once a campaign is live, you won’t be able to add or remove accounts later.
If you need more information on how to add a seat, check out this article.
Before you click “Start,” double-check that:
All intended accounts are connected
Every account you want participating is selected as a seat
You’re comfortable with the activity usage settings across those accounts
Step 1: Add Accounts to Your Campaign
When creating a campaign, you’ll select which connected accounts you want to include.
This selection happens at the start of the campaign and can’t be changed later, so make sure all the accounts you want are added before launching.
Once the campaign starts, Alsona automatically:
Rotates sending across all active accounts
Balances message volume to stay within safe daily limits
Skips paused or disconnected accounts so the campaign continues running smoothly
💡 Tip: The more accounts you add, the more people you can reach per day—while keeping activity natural and compliant.
How Rotation Works
Rotation starts automatically when more than one account is active
Each prospect is assigned to a single account behind the scenes
If one account disconnects, only that portion pauses—the rest of the campaign continues uninterrupted
No manual intervention required.
Additional Benefits of Using Rotation
Using multiple accounts in a single campaign unlocks some important advantages you don’t get when running separate dashboards:
Shared blacklist
Once a prospect is blocked or excluded, they’re blocked across all accounts—no accidental re-contacting.No prospect overlap
The same person won’t be contacted twice by different accounts, which is a common issue when running campaigns separately.Faster scaling
You can launch and test campaigns across multiple accounts at once instead of duplicating setup work.Better insights
See how messaging performs across all accounts in one place, making optimization much easier.Centralized reporting
All stats live in one dashboard, so you’re not stitching together data from multiple tools or logins.
Step 2: Monitor Account Performance
Inside each campaign’s Stats section, you can see performance broken down by account:
Messages and connection requests sent
Acceptance and reply rates
Active vs. disconnected status
This makes it easy to spot which accounts are driving the best results.
Best Practices
Use warmed-up, active LinkedIn profiles for best deliverability
Keep profiles complete, professional, and regularly active
Review campaign stats occasionally to spot trends and top performers
