Managing multiple clients inside your agency account is simple. This guide walks you through how to add seats, create client accounts, invite clients, and assign the right permissions—so everyone has access to exactly what they need.

Step 1: Add Seats to Your Billing

Before inviting clients, make sure you have enough seats available.

  1. Go to Billing in your dashboard

  2. Add the number of seats you need for your client(s)

  3. Save your changes

Each client user you invite will require an available seat.

Step 2: Create a New Client Account

Next, you’ll create a dedicated account for your client.

  1. Navigate to the Accounts section

  2. Click Create New Account in the top-right corner

  3. Enter the account details

  4. Select the number of seats you want assigned to this account

  5. Save the account

This keeps each client’s campaigns, settings, and data fully separated.

Step 3: Invite Your Client as a Team Member

Once the account is created, you can invite your client.

  1. In the bottom-right corner, click Invite Your Team

  2. Select Add Team Member

  3. Enter your client’s email address

  4. Choose the account you want to assign them to

  5. Select the appropriate role (see role breakdown below)

  6. Confirm the invite

Step 4: Choose the Right User Role

When inviting a client, you’ll assign one of the following roles:

  • Admin
Full access to all features, campaigns, and settings

  • Editor
Can edit campaigns and account settings

  • Billing
Access to billing information and invoices only

  • View
    Read-only access (no editing permissions)

Choose the role based on how hands-on your client should be.

Step 5: Send the Invite Link to Your Client

After inviting the user, the system will generate an invite link.

  1. Copy the invite link

  2. Paste it into an email to your client

You’ll also want to include your custom white-label domain URL, which your client will use to log in going forward.

Important: Once onboarded, clients should always log in using your white-label domain—not the main platform URL.

That’s It 🎉

Your client will use the invite link to join their account, log in through your white-label domain, and access the platform with the permissions you assigned.

If you need to add more clients later, just repeat these steps—no additional setup required.
