Adding a seat lets you connect an additional LinkedIn account to your workspace so you can run campaigns, rotate activity, or collaborate with teammates. Below is a step-by-step guide covering billing, seat creation, and inviting a team member.

Step 1: Add a Seat via Billing

Before you can create a new seat, make sure it’s added to your subscription.

  1. Go to Billing from your dashboard.

  2. Increase the number of seats on your plan.

  3. Save your changes.

Once billing is updated, you’ll be able to create and assign the new seat.

Step 2: Choose How You Want to Add the Seat

After billing is updated, you have two ways to proceed.

Option A: Add a Seat Directly

  1. Navigate to Seats.

  2. Click Add Seat in the top-right corner.

  3. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the setup.

This option is best if you already have access to the LinkedIn account details and want to connect it right away.

Option B: Invite a Team Member First

  1. Go to the bottom-right of the platform.

  2. Select Invite a team member.

  3. Enter your team member’s email address.

  4. A unique invite link will be generated.

  5. Copy and send that link to your team member.

Your team member will:

  • Open the link

  • Create their login credentials

  • Join your workspace

After they’ve joined, you can proceed to add and assign the seat to them.

Step 3: Connect the LinkedIn Account (Required)

No matter which option you choose, the next step is the same.

When setting up the seat, you will need:

  • Email address for the LinkedIn account

  • Password for the LinkedIn account

These credentials are required to connect the LinkedIn profile to the seat. Make sure you have them ready before clicking Add Seat, as this is the next step in the setup flow.

Important Notes & Best Practices

  • Seats must be added before launching campaigns if you plan to use them.

  • Only add LinkedIn accounts you have explicit permission to access.

  • Double-check login credentials to avoid connection issues.

  • If you’re using multiple seats, adding them upfront makes campaign setup and management much easier.

Once your seat is added and connected, it’s immediately available for campaign assignment, rotation, and reporting.
