Common Errors (and Fixes)

Campaign Not Fetching

  • Seat Disconnected - Check the Seats section

  • Bad LinkedIn URL - Check the URL in LinkedIn on the seat profile you are using

  • Campaign was paused before fetching - Start campaign or start/re-pause and unselect "Pause Data Sourcing from Running"

Seat Not Connecting

  • Check email and password

  • Check LinkedIn app for 2FA notification

  • If 2FA is not displaying on the app, send a pin request to your email
