Alsona runs outbound for you. You tell it who you sell to and what you sell, and it finds companies showing signs of being ready to buy, works out which people at those companies are worth contacting, writes the outreach, sends it from your accounts, and hands you the replies.
This article explains the model. The four Step articles that follow walk through setting it up.
The four things you work with
| What it is | What you do with it |
Senders | The LinkedIn and email accounts Alsona sends from | Connect them once, set safe daily limits, and leave them alone |
Agents | A single outbound programme with one goal | Build one per audience or offer. Most accounts run several |
Signals | Public evidence a company might be about to buy | Choose which ones matter for what you sell |
Inbox | Every conversation across every sender | Read replies, take over from an agent when you want to |
How an agent works
It watches for the intent signals you chose: hiring surges, funding rounds, ad activity, review spikes, technology changes, and 26 others.
When it finds a company showing one, it researches that company and identifies the right person to contact.
It scores that person on how well they fit your ideal customer profile and how strong the live intent is.
If the score clears the threshold you set, it writes outreach that references why this company surfaced, and sends it on your schedule.
When someone replies, it either answers on your behalf or hands the conversation to you, depending on the outreach mode you chose.
That loop does not finish. There is no list to exhaust, because new companies qualify as new signals appear.
What makes this different from a sequencer
A traditional outbound tool starts with a list. You build it, you load it, you message everyone on it, and when it is done you build another one.
Alsona starts with behavior. The list assembles itself out of companies doing things that suggest they need what you sell, which means a prospect arrives with a reason to contact them this week rather than last quarter.
You can still work from a list. Point an agent at a LinkedIn search, a CSV, or HubSpot and it behaves much more like a sequencer, with better message writing. Most accounts end up running both kinds.
How much it does on its own
That is your choice, and you can change it at any time.
Co-pilot drafts everything and sends nothing without your approval.
Outbound Autopilot sends the outreach and hands you every reply.
Full Autopilot sends and answers, working toward the goal you set.
Start on Co-pilot. Move up when you trust what it writes.
What you need to get going
A LinkedIn account with a paid plan, if you plan to run outreach.
An email account on Google or Microsoft.
About fifteen minutes for setup, and a couple of hours before the first signals appear.
